A close look at the whole house.
A top to bottom visual review of a home's major systems and structure, explained in plain language.

Full Home Inspection
A full home inspection is a careful, non-invasive look at the parts of a house you can actually see and reach. Caleb Charbonneau, a Certified Master Inspector, works through the property in a set order so nothing gets skipped, from the roof down to the foundation and every system in between.
The goal is simple. You should understand what condition the home is in, what needs attention soon, and what is only worth watching. Florida homes face heat, humidity, heavy rain and storms, so those details get real attention. You will leave with a clear picture, not a pile of jargon.

What the inspection covers.
- Roof covering and visible roof structure
- Exterior walls, windows and doors
- Electrical panel, wiring and outlets
- Plumbing supply and drain lines
- Heating and air conditioning systems
- Attic, insulation and ventilation
- Interior floors, ceilings and walls
- Visible foundation and drainage

The right time to call.
Three situations where this inspection earns its keep.
Before you buy a home
A full inspection gives buyers an informed view of the property before the deal is final, so repair costs and safety concerns are known rather than discovered after move in.
After years in your home
Owners sometimes want a general health check on a house they have lived in for a long time. It can help you plan upkeep and repairs in a sensible order.
Before a major decision
Refinancing, renovating or deciding whether to keep a property can all be easier when you know the true condition of the major systems.
Good to know.
Do I need to be at the inspection?
You are welcome to attend, and many clients find it helpful. Walking the home with the inspector lets you ask questions, see issues in person and learn how the house works. If you cannot attend, ask Caleb how he can go over the findings with you.
Will the inspector open walls or move furniture?
No. A standard inspection is visual and non-invasive. The inspector looks at what is accessible and safe to reach. Areas blocked by stored items or finishes cannot be fully evaluated, so clearing access before the visit helps a great deal.
Does a home pass or fail?
No. An inspection is not a pass or fail test. It describes the condition of the home on the day it was inspected and points out problems, safety concerns and items that deserve a closer look from a specialist.
